Mr. Carroll Vaughan and Mark Vaughan attended the Council meet-

he hopes to develop on North Main. Mr. Vaughan explained the plat
and how he hopes to develop it, along with where the sewer &
water lines will be; drainage away from the subdivision was also
discussed. The plat is located between Schlather St. and the
Bowling Alley on property owned by FS. & Ernst Schlather.
The possiblility of an apartment complex going in on F.M. 1103
was also discussed, with the possibility of the water & sewer
lines and maybe the street being extended to the apartments.
As it stands now the subdivision plat has a cul-de-sac instead
of a through street. The name of the proposed subdivision is
Five Leaf Park with the street being named Bramblewood Circle.
Sig Swenson (Josie Nirider) made the motion the City Council
approve the preliminary plat of Five Leaf Park with possible
consideration given to extending water & sewer lines to adjoin---
ing property if agreeable conditions can be worked out with
other property owners & said agreement would have to be accept-
able to City Council. The exceptions to the subdivision ordi-
nance are:
1. 60' wd lots instead of 70' wd.
2 . 5' side set back lines
3 . 10' side street set back
Also, the further consideration of an additional 10' width
added to the street if Council deems it necessary. This is an
approval of the preliminary plat with the understanding that
the regular detailed plat will be submitted for final approval.
