surrounding the increase in his sewer bill. The
Council was informed that Mr. Little came to the
City Secretary shortly after the April 1 bills
came out and complained that he had numerous
breaks in his water line and that his sewer bill
was too high. Mrs . Glenewinkel agreed to lower
his sewer rate at that time with the understanding
that if his water bill did not go down, we would
go back and bill him for the back sewer charges . Mr.
Littleb bill did not decline and,the October
billing reflected the raise in his sewer bill.

request, but pointed out that no preferential treat-
ment could be given. Mr. Little said that he
understood and no action was taken by the Council.
