1 . CALL TO ORDER: 7:05 p.m. Mayor John A . Sippel
2 . QUORUM CHECK: Mayor John A. Sippel, Councilmembers Smith, Wiederstein,
Swenson, Thurman; Chief of Police Jeronimo Marin, Jr.,
City Secretary Barbara L. Glenewinkel and City Clerk
Iva Amacker. (Josie Nirider - absent)
3. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD: None
4. INVOCATION: Bil] Wiederstein
5. MINUTES: Marge Smith (Gerald Thurman) moved the minutes of
October 2, 1980, meeting be approved. All approved with
exception of Mr. Swenson who did not vote .
6. OLD BUSINESS: A. Mr. Thurman explained that he had been unable to contact
Mr. Lara about repairing our lawnmower. In the mean-
time we are using Mr. Thurmanb lawnmower.
B. The limbs on Werner St. have been trimmed.
C. Main St sign is being repaired.
7. NEW BUSINESS: A. Mr. Tolle will take care of spilled asphalt on
Schlather St.
B. Mr. Swenson pointed out to Chief Marin that trucks
hauling cement are going through S. Main St . in
violation of our city ordinance .
C. The Fritz Schlather property (Dale, Boehm) was
discussed as to whether or not it should be considered
a subdivision. It was agreed that it would not
be considered a subdivision at this time .
D. Sig Swenson (Bill Wiederstein) moved the variance
granted Dricor Corp. in regard to proposed construction
on Lot 8, Four Leaf Park Subdivision, be rescinded
since the circumstances originally surrounding
granting this variance no longer exist . All approved.
E. Gerald Thurman (Sig Swenson) moved we continue to
charge Cibolo H $2.00 per meeting for use of park
recreation building. All approved.
8. BILLS TO BE APPROVED: Mar@ Smith (Sig Swenson) moved bills be approved for
payment. All approved.
9. ADJOURNMENT: Meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
