MINUTES
1. Call to Order—Mayor Dunn called the Workshop to order at 3:06pm.
2. Roll Call — Council Present: Mayor Dunn, Councilwoman Schultes, Councilman Garrett, Councilwoman
Gebhardt, Councilman Russell, Councilman Weber, Councilman Hogue (arrived at 3:08pm) and Councilman
Doty(arrived at 3:15pm); Staff Present: City Secretary Cimics and City Manager Herrera(arrived at 4:32pm).
3. Discussion
A. Discussion/review and direction to staff on the current City of Cibolo's Council Policies.
Council went over the Commemorative Naming Policy and gave staff direction to put this on the next
agenda for Council approval. Council went over the Policy on Committees, Commissions and Boards.
changes were made to this policy and Council will continue to work on this policy at another Workshop
that will be scheduled in early April.
B. Discussion/review and direction to staff on the ordinances and resolutions on appointments to all
Boards, Commissions and Committees of the City of Cibolo.
As Council completes the Policy review all ordinances and resolution will be reviewed and amended as
needed.
4. Adjournment—Councilman Weber made the motion to adjourn.the Workshop at 5:16pm. Motion was
seconded by Councilman Garrett. For: All;Against:None. Motion carried 7 to 0.
