1 . CALL TO ORDER: 7:40 P.M. May

2 . INVOCATION: Bill Wiederstein
3. ROLL CALL: All present
4. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD: NONE
5. Discuss installation of a fire hydrant at Timber Tech
Mr. Brooks advised Council that he had been in touch with Green Valley
Water Supply Corp. and that they have authorized the City to install
a fire hydrant at Timber Tech at our expense. The Council agreed
that Mr. Brooks should continue negotiations.
6. Discuss Animal Ordinance
It was agreed that cats hould be included in Animal Ordinance since
there is a state law that requires cats to be vaccinated. There was some
discussion as to limiting number of animals of each species (i.e.
three cats, three dogs, etc) .

7. Discuss Green Valley Water Contract.
Contract incomplete this date. Will be brought to Council at
July 21, 1983 meeting.
8. Discuss installation of Sidewalk.
Mr. Brooks will pursue other options in view of the fact that Mr.
Fritz Schlather has denied our request for sidewalk easement across
his property to provide walk for school children.
9. Discuss P&Z
Three members terms will expire 1 October 1983.. Council was requested
to think about names to submit for possible P&Z members.
10. Items by Mayor and Councilmembers:
a. Jo Nirider would like a report on streets and drainage.
b . Bill Wiederstein reported that our drinking water contained an
usually large amount of cholorine.
c . Mr. Niemietz and Mr. Bishop also commented on chlorine in water.
11 . Items by City Administrator:
Mr. Brooks stated that the streets and drainage project is coming along
and that the contractor should start on the paving next week.
12 . Adjournment: Marge Smith (Jo Nirider) moved the meeting adjourn.
