MINUTES
1. Call to Order—Mayor Dunn called the Workshop to order at 5:08 p.m.
2. Roll Call — Members Present: Mayor Dunn, Councilwoman Schultz, Councilman Garrett, Councilwoman
Gebhardt, Councilman Doty, Councilman Russell and Councilman Weber; Members Absent: Councilman Hogue;
Staff Present: City Manager Herrera and City Secretary Cimics.
3. Discussion
A. Discussion/review and direction to staff on the current City of Cibolo's Council Policies.
Council reviewed the Commemorative Naming Policy and the Rules and Procedures for City Council
Meetings, Commissions, Committees and Boards. No changes were made to the Commemorative Naming
Policy and it is on the agenda for this evening for approval. Rules and Procedures were discussed and
changes from last meeting were looked at. This Policy is also on this evening agenda for approval.
B. Discussion/review and direction to staff on the ordinances/resolutions/by-laws on appointments
and responsibilities for all Boards, Commissions and Committees of the City of Cibolo.
Council went over the Ordinance covering the Planning & Zoning Commission and the By-Laws of the
Economic Development Corporation. A few changes were made and ordinance for the P&Z Commission
will be brought back to council at a later date for approval. By-Law changes will be sent to the EDC in May
for their input and then sent back to council for approval
4. Adjournment
Councilman Weber made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 p.m. Motion was seconded by
Councilwoman Schultz. For:All; Against:None. Motion carried 6 to 0.
