3. AFFIROVA L OF MINUTES: Ken Nichols (Gerald Thurman) moved that minutes of
1 Dec 82 Meeting be approved. All approved.
4. PRE APPLICATION CONFERENCE FOR PROPOSED MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION
Mr. Fagnani and Mr. Centino appeared to ask for approval of plat for
proposed mobile home park to be located on Highway 78 just east of
Green Valley Station. Property is in Cibolo' s ETJ.
The P&Z reviewed the plat for space, roads, etc. Ken Nichols (Gerald
Thurman) moved that preliminary plat be approved with provision that
plat be forwarded to City Engineer W. H. Mullins for-lhis approval.
All approved.
5. CONSIDER A PRELIvEMRY PLAT OF THE VACATING AND RESUBDIVISION PLAT OF
LOTS 10 and 11 OF CIBOLO TOLLE SUBDIVISION.
Ken Nichols (E.C. Wiederstein) moved that flat be vacated and approve
resubdivision of Lots 10 and. 11 into Lots 10A and 10B and Lots 11A
and 11B (as per drawing attacl ed) . All approved.
