MINUTES OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
14 May 1984
1. CALL TO ORDER: C. J. MILLER 7:00 PM
2. ROLL CALL: All Present
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Lewis Borgfeld (Ken Nichols) moved that minutes of Mar 13, 1984 meeting
be approved with two exceptions:
(1) Paragraph 4 - Delete sentence "The P&Z agree to leave this point to
Mr. Tolle when he installs water---"
The sentence should read "Fire plugs are to be installed by Mr.
Tolle in accordance with provisions of subdivision ordinance
when he installs water --"
(2) Omit sentence "P&Z noted changes and requested plat be forwarded to
Council for final action."
Add . "Plat was submitted to P&Z for information only."
4. Consider for approval a Resubdivision Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3,
and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 4 in the Schneider Industrial Park, and
a Master Plan for Lot 1, Block 3.
a. A.J. Martin (E.C. Wiederstein) moved that Resubdivision Plat of
Lots 1 and 2, Block 3 and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4 be approved as
submitted. All approved.
b. Gerald Thurman (A. J. Martin) moved that Master Plan for Lot 1 Block 3
be approved as submitted. All Approved.
5. C.J. Martin (Ken Nichols) moved that P&Z recommend to Council that
Mr. Claude Smith be appointed as member of P&Z. All approved.
6. ADJOURNMENT: 7:40 C.J. Miller
