MINUTES OF JOINT COUNCIL AND P&Z WORKSHOP

1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 Mayor Little

3. The purpose of meeting was to discuss subdivision ordinance and future planning
for city. Some of the items discussed were:
A. Need for master plan for City.
(Where we are going and how we are going to get there. )
B. Bring zoning map up-to-date and have - _-Public Hearing on map.
(Mr. Brooks has worked out a proposed zoning map. He invited council
and P&Z to look it over and offer comments. )
C. Subdivision ordinance needs to be upgraded.
D. Mayor Little stated he would appear at P&Z meeting, 13 Mar 84,
to present map of proposed FM 78 By-pass.
E. Workshop on water. (in the near future it will be necessary to
make plans for Cibolo's future water requirements. )
