TUESDAY, JANUARY 9, 1989 @ 5:30 P.M.
THE CIBOLO CITY COUNCIL CONVENED IN A "SPECIAL CALLED" CITY
COUNCIL MEETING ON JANUARY 9, 1989 AT 5 :30 P.M. AT THE CIBOLO
MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 109 SOUTH MAIN STREET, CIBOLO, TEXAS. THE
FOLLOWING AGENDA 'WAS THE ORDER OF BUSINESS:
1. CALL TO ORDER.
Mayor Bauder called the meeting to order at 5 :40 P.M.
2. INVOCATION.
Bob Glisar gave the invocation.
3. ROLL CALL.
Members present : Billie Little, Tino Delgado, Bob
Glisar, Tex Farnsworth and Mayor Bauder. Jeff Miller
was absent due to being hospitalized. Staff present:
David Walker and Ann Smith.
4. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD.
No citizen requested to speak.
5. APPROVE/DISAPPROVE REVISION OF ORDINANCE $234, DATED MAY
51 1977, "FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT" TO COMPLY WITH
NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM (NFIP) .
Tino Delgado (Tex Farnsworth seconded) motioned to
approve. All approved. Motion carried.
The revision, which required a timely return to the
Federal Emergency Management by January 18th, will put
the city in compliance with regulations. Also, the
revision names David Walker, City Administer, as the
Flood Plain Adminstrator.

adjourn.
