The City Council of the City of Cibolo,Texas met in a. ''Special Called
Meeting's on. October the 24th,1969 at 6:00 P.M., in the Community room
of the State Bank in Cibiblo, Texas. This meeting was held after notice
was 4uly posted in three public places on October 21,1969 and remained
there for three days before the meeting.
Mayor Schlather presided over the meeting and all City Councilmen were
present with the exception of Councilman Glenn Rhew. Councilmen present
were: Alwin Lieck; Karl Biser; Fred Niemeitz; and Ted Dykes.
The special meeting was held for the purpose of hearing and passing on
petitions from land owners petitioning the Council to include their
properties in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo.
The petitions were reviewed by the City Councilmen and then they were
each taking up seperately for discussion before being accepted.
Alwin Lieck made a motion and it was seconded by Fred Niemeitz to apprpfrec'
ordinance #15 which would allowtothe 8ity of Cibolo to. accept the prop-
erty of Lewis C. Borgfeld and Mrs. Lewis C. Borgfeld to be in the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas.
Karl Biser made a motion and it was seconded by Ted Dykes to approtw
ordinance #16 which would allow the City of Cibolo to accept the'prop-
erdy of Mack Kardys and Juanita Kardys to be in the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
Fred Niemeitz made a motion and it was seconded by Karl Biser to approved
ordinance #17 which would allow the City of Cibolo to accept the property
of C.L. Worthy,Jr. and Mrs. C.L. Worthy, Jr. to be in the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas.
Ted Dykes made a motion and it was seconded by Alwin Lieck to approved.
ordinance #18 which would allow the City of Cibolo to accept the property
of Frederick S. Schlather and Ernst A. Schlather and Sylvia S. Schlather
to be in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas.
Alwin Lieck made a motion and it was seconded by Ted Dykes to approves'.
ordinance ##19 which would allow the City of Cibolo' to accept the property
of Theodore F. Schmidt and Irene Schmidt to be in the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas.
There being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M..
