1. CaU to Order
Mayor Latimer called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences
Councilmembers present: Mayor Latimer, McGlothin (arrived at 6:56p.m.), R. Roberts,
Patterson, Cunningham (arrived at 6:49p.m.), Sanchez -Stephens, and Brown (arrived at
7:02p.m.).
Planning and Zoning Commissioners present: Greve (left at 9:08p.m.), Fishback, Msengi,
Browne, and Hubbard (arrived at 6:38p.m.).
3. Discussion/Action
Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the developers from Mosaic Land
Development, LLC discussed the proposed Development Agreement and Strategic
Partnership Agreement for a proposed development in the City of Cibolo's ETJ.
3.A. Discussion/Direction on Negotiations with Mosaic Land Development, LLC, on
Proposed Development located in the City of Cibolo's ETJ, including a Strategic
Partnership Agreement and a Development Agreement.
4. Adjournment
Councilwoman Patterson made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:36p.m. Motion was
seconded by Councilwoman Sanchez -Stephens. For: All; Against: None. Motion carried 6
to 0.
