Minutes
1. Call to Order — Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Mr. Gilman
2. Roll Call — Members Present: Parker Gilman, Jameson Ardis, Eli Mitchell Daniel Hall, Alex Girard,
Yarelis Gonzalez, Daniel Hall, Zion Ahmari Johnson, and Adalynn Lampkin
3. Consent Agenda
A. Approval of the minutes from the January 5, 2026 meeting.
Alex Girard made the motion to approve the minutes from the January 5, 2026 meeting. The
motion was seconded by Zion Ahmari Johnson. For: All; Against: None. The motion carried 7 to 0.
4. Discussion/Action
A. Recap of YAC Summit and new ideas from attendees.
Highlights — Budget, Public Speaking, talking with other Cities. The Councihnembers that
attended the Summit also spoke on what they saw and what Cibolo Youth Council could do better.
B. Discussion/Action on the planning for the Cultural Heritage Event.
Several items were brought up. A sub -committee was formed with the following members: Parker
Gilman, Bennett Cunningham, Adalynn Lampkin, and Jameson Ardis. The sub -committee will
come back to the group with information on the Cultural Heritage Event for finther discussion.
5. Presentation from Cibolo Fire Department
The Cibolo Fire Department gave a presentation on the Fire Department duties. The Youth Council
had the opportunity to ask questions.
6. Items for future agendas — Movie Night, Culture Event, and changing time of meeting.
7. Adjournment
Alex Girard made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. The motion was seconded by
Jameson Ardis. For: All; Against: None. The motion carried 7 to 0.
