1. Call to Order
Mayor Latimer called the workshop to order at 10:03a.m.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Latimer, Patterson, Sanchez -Stephens, D. Roberts, and
Brown. Members Absent: McGlothin, R. Roberts, and Cunningham. Councilwoman D.
Roberts made the motion to excuse the absence of Councilmembers McGlothin, R.
Roberts, and Cunningham. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Patterson. For: All;
Against: None. Motion carried 4 to 0.
3. Discussion/Action
3.A. Discussion/Work on Performing a Trend Analysis to examine and reflect on the
organization and community - what has happened, is happening, and might perhaps
happen in a desired future.
Mr. Reed facilitated a Trend Analysis with the Council on Strengths and Weaknesses from
the Past, Present, and Future.
4. Adjournment
Councilwoman made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:08p.m. Motion was seconded
by Councilwoman Sanchez -Stephens. For: All; Against: None. Motion carried 4 to 0.
