1. Call to Order
Mayor Latimer called the workshop to order at 5:15p.m.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences
Councilmembers in attendance: McGlothin (in at 6:OOp.m.), R. Roberts, Patterson, Mayor
Latimer, Sanchez -Stephens, D. Roberts, and Brown. Councilmembers absent:
Cunningham. Councilwoman Patterson made the motion to excuse the absence of
Councilwoman Cunningham and Councilman McGlothin. Motion was seconded by
Councilwoman Roberts. For: All; Against: None. Motion carried 5 to 0.
3. Discussion/Action
3.A. Discussion/Direction on Negotiations with Mosaic Land Development, LLC, on
Proposed Development located in the City of Cibolo's ETJ, including a Strategic
Partnership Agreement and a Development Agreement. (Mr. Reed)
Council and the developers from Mosaic Land Development, LLC discussed the proposed
Development Agreement and Strategic Partnership Agreement for a proposed development
in the City of Cibolo's ETJ.
4. Adjournment
Councilwoman Sanchez -Stephens made the motion to adjourn the workshop at 6:12p.m.
Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Brown. For: All; Against: None. Motion carried 6 to
