1. Call to Order
Mayor Latimer called the workshop to order at 5:05p.m.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences
Councilmembers in attendance: McGlothin, R.Roberts, Patterson, Cunningham (arrived at
5:10p.m.), Mayor Latimer, Sanchez -Stephens, D. Roberts, Brown.
3. Discussion/Direction
3.A. Discussion/Direction on Negotiations with Mosaic Land Development, LLC, on
Proposed Development located in the City of Cibolo's ETJ, including a Strategic
Partnership Agreement and a Development Agreement. (Wayne Reed)
Mr. Alan Hooverfrom the Mosaic Land Development, LLC answered questions from
Council on the proposed Development Agreement for a development located in the City's
ETJ.
3.B. Discussion/Work on Performing a Trend Analysis to examine and reflect on the
organization and community - what has happened, is happening, and might perhaps
happen in a desired future.
Council did not get to this item due to time constraints.
