1. Call to Order
Mayor Latimer called the meeting to order at 6:07p.m.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences
Councilmembers Present: McGlothin, R. Roberts, Patterson, Cunningham, Mayor Latimer,
Sanchezf9Stephens, D. Roberts, Brown.
3. Invocation

5. Citizens to be Heard
No citizens signed up for Citizens to be Heard.
6. Discussion/Action
6.A. Discussion/Action on the appointment/removal of members to all Boards,
Commissions, Committees, and Corporations. (Interview Sub -Committee)
Councilman McGlothin made the motion to appoint Tammy La Fond as an Alternate for the
Historic Committee. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Patterson. For: All; Against:
None. Motion passed 7 to 0.
Councilwoman Sanchez -Stephens made the motion to appoint Mark Browne to Planning &
Zoning Commission, Place 6. Motion was seconded by Councilman Roberts. For: All;
Against: None. Motion passed 7 to 0.
Councilwoman Sanchez -Stephens made the motion to appoint Emmanuel Msengi as an
Alternate to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Motion was seconded by Councilman
Roberts. For: All; Against: None. Motion passed 7 to 0.
Councilwoman Cunningham made the motion to appoint Charity Rodriguez to the
Economic Development Corporation, Place 3, and Kevin Neafie to the Economic
Development Corporation, Place 4. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Sanchez -
Stephens. For: All; Against: None. Motion passed 7 to 0.
Councilman Roberts made the motion to appoint Terry Hinze to the Economic
Development Corporation, Place 2. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Patterson.
For: McGlothin, R. Roberts, Patterson, D. Roberts. Against: Cunningham, Sanchez -
Stephens, Brown. Motion passed 4 to 3.
7. Adjournment
Councilman McGlothin made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:25p.m. Motion was
seconded by Councilm" Roberts. For: Alt; Against: None. Motion passed 7 to 0.
