Minutes
1. Call to Order — The meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m.
2. Roll Call — Attendance was taken and 19 members were present.
3. Elections
A. Election of a Chairman
Motion by Parker Gilman to nominate Aubrie Lee as the Chairman. The motion was seconded by
Michael Boyd. There were fifteen votes in favor and Aubrie Lee was appointed Chairman.
B. Election of a Vice Chairman
Motion was made by Annika Koenigh to nominate Nathan Niles as Vice Chairman. The motion was
seconded by Zion Johnson. There were nineteen votes in favor. Nathan Niles was appointed Vice
Chairman.
4. Presentation from Staff
Chief Troncoso gave a presentation on the Cibolo Fire Department. He explained the duties and
responsibilities of the men and woman that work in the Fire Department. He went over the
different stations and the number of people assigned to each station. He also briefly went over the
new station that will be built close to IH-10.
5. Brainstormini; Session — During this session that talked about Culture Festival and Movie Night at the
Park.
6. Recap of Bylaws — Will go into more detail at the next meeting.
7. Adjournment: - The meeting was adjourned at 7:30p.m.
