MINUTES
1. Call to order — The Canvassing was called to order by Mayor Pro -Tern R. Roberts at 5:02 p.m.
2. Roll Call — Members Present: Councilman R. Roberts, Councilman McGlothin, Councilman
Mahoney, Councilwoman D. Roberts and Councilman Hicks.
3. Certification/Canvassing of the December 13, 2025, Runoff Election.
Deputy City Secretary Ms. Chapman read off the results of the Runoff Election first for Place 3,
and At -Large Place 7.
Councilwoman D. Roberts made the motion to approve the results .of the December 13, 2025
Runoff Election. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hicks. For: All; Against: None. The
motion carried 5 to 0.
4. Adjournment - Councilman Hicks made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:05 p.m. The
motion was seconded by Councilwoman D. Roberts. For: All; Against: None. The motion
