AIINUTES
1. Call to Order — The meeting was called to order by Mayor Latimer at 5.:14 p.m.
2. Roll call and Excused Absences — Members Present: Councilman McGlothin, Councilman
Mahoney, Councilwoman Sanchez -Stephens, Councilwoman D. Roberts, and Councilman Hicks
(arrived at 5:17 p.m.). Member Absent: Councilman R. Roberts and Councilwoman Cunningham.
CouncilwomanSanchez-Stephens made the motion to excuse both Councilman R. Roberts and
Councilwoman Cunningham. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman D. Roberts. For: All;
Against: None. The motion carried 4 to 0.
3. Discussion/Direction
A. Discussion on City of Cibolo Employee Handbook policy reviews.
Council received a.briefmg from Ms. Taplin of the Cibolo.Employee Handbook. Council had
the opportunity to discuss this item and ask questions. Councilman Mahoney suggested putting
the effective date of the Policy as header or footer on each page.
B. Presentation/Discussion on the Utility Rate Plan Study performed by Wildan Financial
Services.
Ms. Miranda and Mr. Wildan (Wildan Financial Services) went over the Utility Rate Plan
Study. The council had the opportunity to ask questions
4. Adiournment
Councilman Hicks made the motion to.adjourn the meeting at 5:25 p.m. The motion was seconded
by Councilwoman D. Roberts. For: All; Against: None. The motion carried 5 to 0.
