and ice. Ms. McDaniel stated that they now have ten (10) tents. There are three tents that are
10 x 20, and two that are 12 x 12, and the remaining are 10 x 10. Mr. Hinze has volunteered
his golf cart to be used for the event. The field has been reserved starting at lam the morning
of the event. There will be two custodians and one Program Coordinator on site from the
school district. City Staff will have two individuals at the event (Alex and Ramon). Tables,
chairs, and cones will be brought over in the morning by staff. Chairs and tables will be
required to be signed out and Ms. Beach volunteered to work that area. There will be three
food trucks, and they will be in the front parking lot. Cones will be put out in that area. One
