City of Cibolo

Minutes
1. Call to Order — Meeting was called to order by Tudyk at 6:51 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences — Members Present: Ms. Tudyk, Ms. Beach, Ms. Draughon, and Ms. Rose.
3. Moment of Silence/Invocation — Ms. Tudyk ask for a Moment of Silence.
4. Pledge of Alle ig ance — All in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
5. Citizens to be Heard
This is the only time during the Historic Meeting that a citizen can address the Historic Committee. It is the opportunity
for visitors and guests to address the Committee on any issue to include agenda items. All visitors wishing to speak
must fill out the Sign -In Roster prior to the start of the meeting. Historic Committee may not debate any non -agenda
issue, nor may any action be taken on any non -agenda issue at this time; however, the Committee may present any
factual response to items brought up by citizens. (Attorney General Opinion - JC -0169) (Limit of three minutes each.)
All remarks shall be addressed to the Committee as a body. Remarks may also be addressed to any individual member
of the Committee so long as the remarks are (i) about matters of local public concern and (ii) not disruptive to the
meeting or threatening to the member or any attendee including City staff. Any person violating this policy may be
requested to leave the meeting, but no person may be requested to leave or forced to leave the meeting because of the
viewpoint expressed. This meeting is livestreamed. If anyone would like to make comments on any matter
regarding the City of Cibolo or on an agenda item and have this item read at this meeting, please email
ycimicsa,Cibolotx.POV or text 210-566-6111 before 5:00pm the date of the meeting.

6. Consent Agenda
A. Approval of the minutes of February 13, 2025, Historic Committee Meeting.
Motion was made by Ms. Draughon to approve the consent agenda. The motion was seconded by Ms. Beach. For:
All; Against: None. The motion carried 4 to 0.
7. Discussion /Action
A. Discussion/Action on Historic Committee Goals and Objectives.
This item is completed and will be removed from future agenda.
B. Discussion/Action on the Historic Committee Pamphlet.
The pamphlet is an on-going project. The Council approved of making minor changes as needed.
C. Discussion/Action on any Historic Committee activities for FY 24-25.
The committee talked about the placing flags at the St. Paul's cemetery for the Cemetery Walk. The flags would
be for veteran, fust responders, etc. Flags have been donated by Dixie Flags. The committee also talked about the
Easter Egg Event, and they planned on having a table and display the Historic Committees banner. They continue
the conversation with wanting to tell the Cibolo Family Story. Meeting with individuals that have been in Cibolo
for generations. The committee having a booth at Cibolofest and doing a survey with citizens. Continue to try to
collect documents to tell the Cibolo Story. Framing pictures that have been collected. The group also talked about
wreaths and setting up an account with "Wreaths across America". Ms. Cimics did take shirt sizzes so a T -Shirt
could be ordered with the Historic Committee and individual name to wear at events.
D. Discussion/Action on subcommittees.- Will discuss at next meeting.
8. Future agenda items and date of the next meeting_— Events will continue to be discussed at each meeting.
9. Adjournment—Motion was made by Ms. Beach and seconded by Ms. Draughon to adjourn the meeting at 8:06 p.m.
