THE CIBOLO CITY COUNCIL CONVENED IN A REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING
ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 11, AT 7 :00 P.M. AT THE CIBOLO MUNICIPAL
BUILDING, 109 SOUTH MAIN STREET, CIBOLO, TEXAS. THE FOLLOWING WAS
THE ORDER OF BUSINESS:
I . CALL TO ORDER.
II . ROLL CALL.
Mark Buell was absent, all other members were present. Ron Flake,
Keith Gilbreath and Claudia Schneider all were in attendance.
III . INVOCATION.
Tex Farnsworth led the prayer.
IV. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
Mayor Bauder led the pledge
V. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD. (LIMIT 3 MINUTES EACH)

Tex recommends, Claude seconds .
Jeff questions late charge from Bizmart.

IX. DISCUSSION/ACTION ON DELINQUENT WATER ACCOUNTS
OVER 90 DAYS
Jeff moved to open for discussion, Tex seconded.
Jeff commented on the $1,000 bill owed by Darnell Estates . He
recommended that the City raise the connect fee and require a
deposit on commercial accounts. Claude asked about putting a lien
on the property.
Jeff said that he would get with Phyllis and Claudia and bring
action before the Council at the next meeting.
Jeff moves to drop delinquent accounts, Tex seconds . Approved.
X. COMMENTS BY COUNCIL MEMBERS.
None.
XIII . COMMENTS BY STAFF.
Keith said that he was reviewing the final plat for Deer Creek.
Ed Ford was going to forward it to Deer Creek engineers and all
zoning would be done at the January 18th meeting of the P&Z . Mr.
Ford said that the bridge is too small to handle the traffic.
Keith said that the City owns Dietz Road. Mr. Ford has the deed
that shows we have ownership of the road. The Mayor told Keith to
talk to him later about putting the part-time employee on full-
time.
