Min CC 09/16/1970 MINOTES OF CIBOLO CITY CaMIL MEETING, SEPT. 16, 1970
The meting was called to order by Mayor Schlather at 7:45 In in the
Cibolo State Bank Building.
The minutes of the previous meeting vera approved as read.
The financial report was presented showing a present balance of $2495.09•
A proposal by Sgt Bowers to erect a temporary skating rink was d*cussed.
He will investigate moving the site one or two lots west.
Mr. Danforth discussed problems of landaliss in Green Valley Trailer
Park and indicated an interest in being incorporated into Cibolo. He
also indicated an interest in becoming assistant City Marshall.
The directors of the Cibolo State Bank have formally offered the old
bank building to the City as a gilt. A notion was lade by Mr. Lieek
and seconded by Mr. Dylla and passed to accept the gift of the old
bank building. The City will pay all transfer costs.
A letter of appreciation is to be written to the Directors of the bank
for the gift of the building.
A notion to pass Ordinance No. 35 setting the place, date, and time of
the public hearing for annexing of Of the property of the Cunningham
and Rileys was made by Mr. Neiemitz and seconded by Mr. Dylla and
passed. The public hearing will be Oct. 5, 1970. Notice will be
published Sept. 240 1970.
A notion was made by Mr. Lieck, seconded by Mr. Neiemitz and passed to
adjourn.
