Min CC 04/08/1997 - Public Hearing MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING THE CITY COUNCIL OF CIBOLO CONDUCTED A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, APRIL S, 1997 AT 7:00 P.M.AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING,109 SOUTH MAIN STREET, CIBOLO,TEXAS.THE FOLLOWING WAS THE ORDER OF BUSINESS: I. CALL TO ORDER. Mayor Sam Bauder called the meeting to order at 6:30 II. ROLL CALL. Present were Mayor Bauder,and Councilmen Jeff Miller,Bob Glisar,and Chuck Ridge. Councilwoman Gail Douglas and Councilman Mark Buell were not present. Staff was represented by Public Works Director Keith Gilbreath and City Administrator Rudy Farias. III. INVOCATION. Bob Glisar provided the invocation. IV. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Mayor Bauder led the pledge. V. PRESENTATION BY BJS CONSULTING REGARDING THE TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRANTS FOR THE CITY OF CIBOLO Donna Pryor discussed the$250,000 grant application for the city. The funds are requested as water system improvements to loop the city's water system from the City Park to Main Street along F.M. 78. Following the presentation,Ms.Pryor answered questions from City Council and Staff. VI. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD None. VII. COMMENTS BY COUNCIL MEMBERS None. VIII. COMMENTS BY MAYOR None. IX.
