Citizens to be Heard: This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any issue. Planning and Zoning Commission may not debate any non -agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non -agenda issue at this time however the Planning and Zoning Commission may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. Discussion, action and recommendation to the Mayor and City Council for the Final Plat of Cibolo Vistas Unit 2C2. 8. The City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission and City of Cibolo City Council will hold a Public Hearing to hear public testimony concerning the replatting of Lot 1 of Catalano's Casa Subdivision into three (3) lots. The property is located at the northwest comer of North Main Street and Bee Alley. 12. The City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission and City of Cibolo City Council will hold a Public Hearing to hear public testimony concerning the assignment of permanent zoning from Agricultural (AG) to Rural Single - Family (SF -1) for 5.002 acres of property located on Weidner Road. 13. Discussion, action and recommendation to the Mayor and City Council for the replatting of Lot 1 of Catalano's Casa Subdivision into three (3) lots. The property is located at the northwest corner of North Main Street and Bee Alley. 14. Discussion, action and recommendation to the Mayor and City Council for the assignment of permanent rezoning of 5.002 acres of property platted as the Dos X subdivision on Weidner Road from Agricultural to SF -1. 15.
