Main St. April 21, 2010 4:00 PM MINUTES A possible quorum of the City Council may attend the Zoning Ordinance Advisory Committee meeting. 1. Call to Order Garth Coursen called the meeting to order at 4:07 pm. 2. Roll Call Garth Cousen Ron Pedde Lesley Pedde Lisa Aguirre — absent Larry Carlton — absent Gabe Rojas — EspeyConsultants Robert Stricker — DCDS Randy Anderson — Sr. Planner Maggie Patterson — Asst. Planner 3. Citizens to be Heard This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Cibolo Zoning Ordinance Advisory Committee on any issue. Zoning Ordinance Advisory Committee may not debate any non -agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non -agenda issue at this time; however the Zoning Ordinance Advisory Committee may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. (Attorney General Opinion -JC 0169) (Limit of three minutes each.) None at this time 3. Approval of the minutes from the March 17.2010 meeting. Ron Pedde made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 17, 2010 meeting. Lesley Pedde seconded the motion. All in favor, none against. Motion passed 3 to 0. 1. Motion passed 3 to 0. J - ,'� 6. Discussion/Action of the Zoning Ordinance. Gabe Rojas brought up the C2 zoning in the Old Town Overlay District to keep the single family homes that are there currently and in doing so, it will not zone out the residences. Garth Coursen brought up adding C4 along 1103 to the edge of the City Limits, bringing up concerns for the correct classification of boat and RV storage the currently sits on the edge of the City Limits, and how it should be properly identified. Randy Anderson and Garth Coursen pointed out clarification for the MH2 district allowing a time frame for vacation travel could allow for boat and RV storage under different Il and MH2. Continued working on map exercise. 7. Items for future Agendas. Continue working on Zoning Ordinance. 8. Adiournment. Lesley Pedde made a motion for adjournment. Ron Pedde seconded the motion.
