Main, Cibolo, Texas 78108 July 8, 2015 Immediately following the P&Z Workshop A possible quorum of the City Council may attend the Planning and Zoning meeting. AGENDA 1: Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Moment of Silence 4. Pledge of Allegiance This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any issue. Planning and Zoning Commission may not debate any non -agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non - agenda issue at this time however the Planning and Zoning Coimnission may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. (Attorney General Opinion — JC 0169) (Limit of three minutes each). This is the only time during the meeting that citizens can speak on an item. Public Hearings are excluded. ' 6. Public Hearing The City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to hear public testimony concerning possible amendments to the Future Thoroughfare Plan for the area bounded by Lower Seguin Road, IH 10 and west of Santa Clara Road. Particular emphases will be given to consolidate two (2) proposed arterials to one (1), in an effect to connect FM 78 to a point half a mile west of the 1H 10 and Santa Clara Road intersection. 7. Elections A. Election of a Vice Chairman to the Planning & Zoning Commission. S. Consent Agenda A. Approval of the minutes from the June, 10, 2015 Planning & Zoning Meeting. B. Approval of the minutes of the Joint City Council/Plamring & Zoning Workshop held on June 23, 2015. 9. Discussion/Action Items A. Discussion/Action and Recommendation to the City Council regarding an update to the Future Land Use Map for the area bounded by Lower Seguin Road, IH 10 and west of Santa Clara Road. (Mr. Klein/Ms. Gonzalez) B. Discussion/Action and Recommendation to the City Council regarding the Final Plat of Word of Life Subdivision. (Mr. Klein/Ms. Gonzalez) C. Discussion regarding the rezoning of approximately .5 acres, half a mile northeast of the intersection of Stolle Road and Schmoelcel Road currently zoned Agricultural -Homestead (AG) to Manufactured Housing Park (M11-1). (Mr. I{lein/Ms. Gonzalez) 10. UDC, C1P and Staff Updates. 11. Items for fixture agendas. 12. Adjournment.
