A possible quorum of the City Council may attend the Street and Drainage meetings held at the City Municipal Building,
200 S. Main, Cibolo, Texas.

This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Street and Drainage Commission on any issue. The
Street & Drainage may not debate any non -agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non -agenda issue at
this time however the Commission may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. (Attorney
General Opinion — JC 0169) (Limit of five minutes each).
6 Approval of the minutes of the January 31, 2012 meeting.
7. Discussion and recommendation from the Street & Drainage Commission to the CIP.
