A possible quorum of the City Council may attend the Street and Drainage meetings held at the City Municipal Building, 200 S. Main,
Cibolo, Texas.

This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Street and Drainage Commission on any issue. The Street &
Drainage may not debate any non -agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non -agenda issue at this time however the
Commission may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. (Attorney General Opinion — JC 0169) (Limit of
five minutes each).
6 Approval of the minutes of the January 28, 2013 meeting.
7. Staff Updates/Discussion:
A. Street Department
1. Discussion on Green Valley Road Project
2. Discussion on City Street Map.
8. Discussion/Action on updating the list for street repair.
9. Discussion/Action on updating the list of areas needing sidewalks.
10_ Discussion/Action on setting date/time for touring City of Cibolo's streets.
11. Items requested by the members to be placed on future agendas.
12. Adjournment.
