RESOLUTION NO: 1638
CITY OF CIBOLO
Resolution of the governing Body of the City of Cibolo appointing to
the Canyon Regional Water Authority one member to the Board of
Trustees for a two-year term of office.
ADOPTED: April 11, 2023.
RESOLVED, that the Governing Body of the City of Cibolo; Texas has appointed Ted Gibbs to
serve as their representative to the Board of Trustees of Canyon Regional Water Authority. -
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the .above-named representative is authorized' to represent; and act''
on behalf of, in the best interest of the above-named entity in the process of maintaining and
conducting of business of the Canyon Regional. Water Authority, and to cast its vote on all issues
related to the Canyon Regional Water Authority.
